Many visitors before you have shared their information with me, allowing me to add to the existing database, which in turn allows website visitors to see the new data. I also do my own research, but I must admit I don't have a lot of time to do this and most of the data I had at the start of this site was collected by my father. In fact, I hardly have time myself to update this website and answer the e-mail I get because of this website. So when you send me e-mail, please be patient.
I hope you enjoy my website and I hope it encourages you to do your own genealogy research and, even better, share your result with me and the other visitors to this website.
7/5/2007. Another small update, thanks to Gerlinda Beintema and Rita Buist. A new family tree has been added. I think we should be able to link this tree to the largest tree in the database, but I need some help with this. I'm looking for the parents of Jenne Buist (born around 1900). Jenne was married to Frederika Wilhelmina Duimering (aka Dummering; born around 1903). The father of Jenne is called Wiebe and was probably born in Frisia (Netherlands), but I have no other information. Any additional information will be appreciated. Just use the 'contact' link in the menu bar above.
7/3/2007. It's been a while, but I'm working on the database again. I've added several people, changed data here and there and (most importantly) I've linked three family trees together. And there's more to come! Thanks again to everyone for providing feedback and new data. Your patience has been tested, but here's an update again! Current status: 8 separate trees, 1154 individuals.
7/29/2005. I've found some time again to update the website. Once again many thanks for all the e-mails I have received, allowing me to add some more people to the database and to correct some of the data.
